Menopause Power Hour (pricing below)

A single consultation for women who want some reassurance and personalised advice on their perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause. I help you understand what is happening in your body, review your symptoms and how they might relate to your current diet and lifestyle. We’ll look at where there are gaps in your diet and you’ll come away with some simple steps you can initiate straight away.

3-Consultation Package (pricing below)

If you have a health condition, or menopausal symptoms, and need some ongoing support, you can start working with me with a minimum of 3 consultations that are held in-person in my Bath clinic, or virtually via zoom. This is perfect if you need need tailored advice to support specific concerns. You will be provided with personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, tailored to you. Nutritional supplements and functional testing may be suggested where indicated.

12-Week Vibrant Health Transformation Package (pricing below)

If you have a larger goal and need ongoing support to turn your health around, my Signature 12-week Vibrant Health Transformation Programme offers the highest level of support and includes a combination of nutritional therapy to support your health issues, with transformative health coaching. We go deeper into creating a healthy mindset and making long-lasting healthy habits to help you reach your desired outcomes. As well as weekly sessions, each client receives unlimited email support during the week, so help can be given when it matters.

You will not only learn what to eat to suit your body, but also how to improve your relationship with sleep, movement, and stress management where needed. 

I’ll help you to recognise where habits, and unhelpful patterns are holding you back from feeling as good as you want to. This might include dealing with food cravings, self-sabotaging behaviour, and putting you and your health first when life gets in the way. You’ll learn how to develop healthy habits that will last and support you through the years.

If you wish to focus specifically on your peri-menopause and menopause, in addition to my 3-consultation package, you could consider a Menopausal MOT Package which includes 2 consultations and a functional laboratory test targeted to your needs.
